Do you offer professional binding mounting and adjustment?
Yes, we offer professional mounting services. For online orders, we can pre-mount bindings if you provide your boot sole length (BSL) in millimeters, though we always recommend a final safety check by a certified technician at a local shop.
What is your return policy for winter gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that once skis have been mounted or waxed, they are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
How long does shipping take for oversized items like skis and snowboards?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Due to the size of equipment, we use specialized carriers to ensure your gear arrives safely and without damage.
Do you provide international shipping?
Currently, Sundance Ski Shop ships to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
How do I maintain my equipment during the off-season?
We recommend a thick 'storage wax' coat to prevent the bases from drying out and edges from rusting. Store your gear in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations.
